5th Annual Clermont College 5K Run/Walk for Scholarships WHAT: 5K (3.1 miles) Run and Fitness Walk to raise money for scholarships. BENEFIARY: Proceeds benefit UC Clermont College Scholarship Fund. WHEN: Saturday, October, 20, 2012 9:30 a.m. WHERE: UC East, 1981 James E. Sauls Sr. Drive, Batavia, OH 45103 (Formerly Front Wheel Drive) COURSE: We will be back at our old course this year. This course is Flat and Fast! RUN DIVISIONS: 18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70/over WALK DIVISIONS: 17 and under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70/over (Walkers must not run any portion of the race) TEAM COMPETITION: Minimum of four participants per team. Submit team entries together. T-SHIRTS: All entrants will receive a quality t-shirt while supplies last AWARDS: Awards to Top Male and Female Runners and Walkers and top finishers in each age group division. Team awards for best average time and most participants on a team. Team members are also eligible for age-group awards. AWARDS CEREMONY: Immediately following the Race AFTER THE RACE: Stay for refreshments and awards ceremony. Music provided by DJ Dave (Back by popular demand)! RESULTS: Complete Results will be posted online at www.Runningtime.net (here) following the race. EMAIL ADDRESS: All Pre-registered entries that include a valid email address will receive an email confirmation of registration prior to the race and will receive their individual results via email. REGISTRATION FEE: $20 pre-registration, $25 on Race-day. Students: $15 pre-registration, $20 on Race-day. Registration includes a t-shirt (while supplies last) REGISTER ONLINE: You may register online with a credit card through Wednesday, October 17, 2012. A small service fee will be added to your bill. REGISTER BY MAIL: Register by Printing a PDF Race Flyer and Mailing. Postmark entries by Saturday, October 13, 2012. REGISTER ON RACE DAY: Packet pick up and Race day registration will take place from 8:00 - 9:15 at UC East parking lot. ***** NO REFUNDS***** DIRECTIONS: Going East or West on Route 32: Take the James E. Sauls Sr. Drive Exit. Turn left at the light onto James E. Sauls Sr. Drive. You should see UC East immediately on your right. Follow teh signs to the parking lot and registration.. From I-275: Take exit 63B to Route 32 toward Batavia. Follow the directions above.
