Four (4) Ways to Register:

1) - By Mail: Print Entry form or PDF Race Flier and mail. Applications are also available at the Colerain Township Municipal Center, Bob Ronckers Running Spot, Ad in the Running Spot newsletter and other locations around town. This is the cheapest way. Please mail by Saturday, June 28.

2) - Register with a credit card Online at GetMeRegistered.com. A small service fee will be added to your entry fee.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN THROUGH WEDNESDAY, JULY 2nd, 2008 at 11:59 p.m.

3) - Register on Thursday, July 3rd. Once Again for 2008, for your convenience, we will have Late Registration and Packet Pickup on Thursday, July 3rd from 4-7pm at Colerain Municipal Complex Main Lobby.

If you haven't registered yet, this is the last chance to avoid the race-day lines.(Race-day prices will apply)

If you have already registered, come on by and pick up your number. You will avoid the Race-day lines. It is a more relaxed atmosphere and I will get a chance to meet you and hear about your running.

4) - Register on Race-Day: If you really must wait until Friday, we will welcome you. It will cost you 5 bucks more but what the heck, you don't have to obligate yourself. T-shirt sizes will be limited.

All Pre-registerd entries with a valid, readable email address will receive a confirmation of your registration.

All Entrants with a valid, readable email address will receive an email notice of your individual results.

$7 with Pre-Registration, $7 Race Day, (as long as they last). At this price, we cannot over-order.

If you want to guarantee your shirt size, register early.

And Number pick up: Beginning at 6:30 a.m. in front of the lobby of the Administration Bldg.

We encourage early registration and packet pickup to avoid long race-day lines.

Age Groups for 5K Walk: 19/under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70/over (expanded in 2006)

Note for Walkers: Only sign up as a walker if you intend to walk the whole race. This is a competitive event.

Clydesdale and Athena Divisions: Men 200-219lbs., Men 220 and over, Women 160 and over. Clydesdales are not eligible for age group awards. You must check this off on your registration.

Insider Tip: As long as you qualify, you may have a better chance of winning as a clydesdale. Beware: We may have the scales on hand to verify!

Awards Ceremony

5K Run Trophies: 1st overall Male and Female Runners and first three in each Division.

5K Walk Trophies: 1st overall Male and Female Walkers and first in each age group.

Clydesdale/Athena Trophies: First three in each division. Clydesdale entrants are not eligible for age group awards.
