ABOUT THE JCC: The Manuel D. & Rhoda Mayerson JCC is on The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati Campus at 8485 Ridge Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236. COURSE: 5K Course (just over three miles) begins at the "J" and winds through residential neighborhoods of Amberly Village.

CHIP TIMING: The 5K Run and Walk will be "Chip" timed using Ipico Sport Tag Technology. All participants will be issued a re-usable timing chip to be worn on the foot. Chips will be collected after the race for re-use.

RUN DIVISIONS: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.

WALK DIVISIONS: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.

AWARDS: Top male and female runners and walkers. Age group awards to winners of each run/walk division. Awards presented immediately following the race/walk.

AWARDS CEREMONY: Immediately following the Race (about 9:15)

ACTIVITIES: Awards, Music and Refreshments after the race.

LOCKER ROOMS: Participants are welcome to use the Locker Rooms and Shower facilites.

EMAIL ADDRESS: All Pre-registered entries that include a valid email address will receive an email confirmation of registration prior to the race and will receive their individual results via email.

PRE-REGISTRATION FEE: Includes a shirt or $25 with a Tech Race Shirt. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Saturday, October 8, 2011.

TECH RACE SHIRTS: Race Tech Shirts are included with pre-registrations through Saturday, October 8, 2011.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION: Race-day Registration: $35. Tech Race Shirt is included while supplies last.
