Event: Stride and Ride 5K Fun Run and Walk for Muscular Dystrophy

When: Saturday May 30th, 2009, 9:00am Race Time

Course: Starts and Ends near the Lodge and includes two laps around the Lake. Course Map

Run Divisions: 18 under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60/Over

Walk Divisions: 29 Under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60/Over

Awards: 1st Place Plaques to Top Male and Female Runners and Walkers. 1st Place Medals to all Age Group Division Winners

T-shirts: Event T-shirts are availabe to purchase for $10 while supplies last.

Post- Race: Refreshments provided. Join us for children activities, banner making, music and more. Awards Ceremony at about 10:15 am.

Victory Lap: 10:00 a.m. - For our special Stride & Ride participants. We will depart on a one-mile Victory Lap around the lake!

Race Results: Results will be posted online at www.Runningtime.net (here) following the race.

Entry Fee: $15.00 Pre-registration Fee. $20:00 Late/Race-Day Registration. We listened to you and made the t-shirt optional this year.

Register on Race-Day: Race-day registration will take place at the Lodge from 7:30 - 8:45 am on Saturday. Show up early to avoid lines please.
