Join us for our 7th Annual 5K Run/Walk. This year promises to be the best ever! We already have a beautiful, scenic course through the Landen Lakes region. This year, we are adding a pancake breakfast after the race. Electronic timing and results too. Proceeds benefit Hoxworth Blood Center & Big Brothers and Sisters of Warren and Clinton Counties. Race is hosted by the gracious folks at Abiding Word Lutheran Church.

Race is hosted by the gracious folks at Abiding Word Lutheran Church. Course: 5K course begins and ends at Abiding Word Lutheran Church and winds through scenic Landen Lakes region and nearby neighborhoods. View dynamic course map here via USATF. Run Divisions: 14/under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34,
35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65/over. Walk Divisions: 29 and under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,
60/over. Awards: First overall Male and Female runners and walkers. Awards to age group winners. Complete Results: Posted here later after the race. Free Pancake Breakfast: Included for all participants. Other food and beverages will be provided as well. Free Custom Drawstring Backpacks: We are going Shirtless for 2012. You may register online or by mail. Register Online: Online-registration is available for $15 through Thursday, May 31, 2012. Registration includes pancake breakfast and drawstring backpack (while supplies last). This is the easiest way to go. A small service charge will be added to your fee. Click here to register online. Print a race flyer with entry form. Race-Day Registration/Number Pickup: $20 (includes pancake breakfast and drawstring backpack while supplies last).
