| Entry Fee |
$25 per dog, $30 Race-day. All Entries receive a "Doggie Bag" that includes a T-shirt (guaranteed for all pre-registered), race number, bandanna, treats, scooper bag, and free entrance to all "Barktoberfest" activities. Water will be provided as well as post-race treats for you and your friend. Entry to Barktoberfest for non-registered runners is $5. Kids 10 and under are free. |

After the Race
|
Kiddie Dash, Awards Ceremony, Pet Trick contest, Dog-Owner Look-alike contest. Winners will be judged by audience applause. Other "Barktoberfest" activities will continue until 4:00 pm. Dogs not participating in the Dog Jog are welcome to participate in post-race events for a $5 fee. |

2-mile Divisions: Small Dog, Medium Dog, Large Dog, Short-legged Long-bodied Dog (yes, that means you Basset hounds too!) 1-Mile Fun Walk (no divisions) |

| Special Requirements | 1. All dogs must be licensed and current with Rabies and Distemper-Parvo vaccinations. If your dog is not current, you will be asked to leave. Proof may be requested. We don't want to hound you about this. 2. All dogs must be kept on leash at all times (no extendable leashes please). 3. One dog per human is allowed. 4. You may run or walk your dog. Walking may be best for some dogs. 5. Both you and your dog should be properly conditioned for this event. Our Veterinarian suggests that dogs be at least 6 months old to participate. 6. You may not carry your dog while running. 7. Event officials reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog (or human) whose behavior is deemed to dangerous to others. 8. Clean up after your dog.
