2017 Dirt Days Trail Series

The 2017 Dirt Days Trail Series will consist of eight dates and ten events. Events will include trail runs of varying distances from about 3 to 11 miles, including a night trail run. One thing that is for sure: with this variety, there should be something for everyone! Complete four events and you will qualify for the dirtiest dozen competition (top 12 males and females). Complete five events and you will receive a super participation award.

Sign up for all of the events or pick and choose your favorites. Sign up for each race individually.

Running Time Race Services and Fleet Feet Sports is once again teaming up to present this classic series.

All  events should have the same look and feel as in past years. We may tweak the events a little based on your recommendations. If you would like to give your input, send me an email.

ALL races this year will be chip-timed this year.

Tri-Health is back with us this year to offer Pre and Post-race stretching and to help us with potential medical issues.

RANDOM DRAWING: An additional FREE Pair of Saucony Trail Shoes will be randomly awarded at each event, redeemable at Fleet Feet Sports! Once again, no duplicate winners please.

10 age-graded awards at each event.

10 randomly drawn door prizes will be awarded at each event. (must be present to win, so stick around!)

All races will have either age group awards or age-graded awards.

Dirty Dozen

Complete at least four events and you will be eligible for the Dirtiest Dozen competition. The top twelve male and females based on points will receive a Saucony Half-Zip with custom Dirty Dozen Logo!

Points are based on your place within your gender for each race based on your BEST FOUR finishes. The Scoring method for 2017 is to be determined at this writing.

Participation Awards

Complete at least five (5) races and receive a 2017 Commemorative Dirt Days Participation Award at the end of the series.

All Series awards will be announced and available for pick up at Fleet Feet Sports Oakley after the series is complete in November of 2017. Both awards formats are the same as previous years.

2017 Series Standings

Points standings will be updated periodically throughout the series.

Registration Fee: $15 Pre-registration per race. Late registration, when offered, will be $17. It was determined that not enough folks were pre-registering so the race day fee was raised to $20 to "encourage" pre-registration.

Several races offer optional t-shirts. Dirt Day Trail series Tech shirts will also be available for purchase.

There is no early packet pick up for these races. Check in on day of race begins 1 1/2 hour before each event. There is a race-day registration restriction for the East Fork Handicapped race. Check the race information page for details.
